Downing IP Patent Servicess
Downing IP work closely with their clients helping them to draft their patent applications. Where needed, we will use our expertise and experience to persuade examiners of the merits of the application. Patent applications have many deadlines to meet in the journey from being filed to being granted. We record and track these deadlines, dealing with them on your behalf when we can, and seeking your instructions where necessary.
All granted patents (and some applications) have ongoing renewal fees. We will monitor these and ensure that if you want them to be paid – and the patent maintained – the fees are met.
When applying for a patent, separate patent applications should be made separately to the body of each individual country. We can help at every stage of the process, ensuring that the invention you wish to patent gets the best possible protection in the countries where you intend to market it.
